How Can severe Fever Along With Headache Be Treated?

My son has had fever for 3 days, he is 8 but weighs 120lbs so the only thing that had worked for fever is 400 mg of Advil- how long can I give this to him safely? He has had it 2 times daily to help with headache fever and fatigue, he also has no appetite

As your child has fever since 3 days. Kindly consult with pediatrician. Your child may require antibiotics and blood work up after consultation. Keep him hydrated and give soft diet.
